We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your new, unused item within 30 days for a refund. For all returns, please send an email to krdesignandfab@gmail.com with the part number, quantity, PO # and reason for return.Request an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number for the merchandise you wish to return. Return shipping address will be provided with RGA number. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RGA number and be in its original packaging. The product must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. Any merchandise returned that does not meet this criteria may be subjected to an additional repackaging charge or refusal. Returns may encounter a restocking fee per the manufacture or distributor.
